Why should I purchase from you?

Glad you asked! At Art Above All™ we are passionate about creating wall décor that speaks to you. We strive to make curated wall art that make bold statements, whether you want them to be the focal point or to add to your art collection; our pieces can be placed on any wall throughout your home and/or office. How do I place an order?
It's as easy as A-B-C...easy as 1-2-3 (Michael Jackson 12 year old voice). Just visit our "Shop", click on the piece or pieces you want, select your size and click "Add to Cart." Once you are satisfied, head over to  "Check Out" and follow the on screen instructions.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and we also process payments via PayPal.

Can I use a Visa/MasterCard Credit Card Gift Card?
We cannot guarantee that you will be able to use one of these gift cards to process a payment on Art Above All. Visa/MasterCard Credit Card Gift Card do not allow us to verify billing information, however, these cards should work if you call the number on the back of the card and register your information with the company.

Where do you ship?
We ship within the USA. If you wish to place an order outside of the USA , please contact us at balloon(at)artaboveall(dot)com or use our contact page.

 

How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed you will receive an email notification with a button link to your order status and tracking details.

 

How long until I receive my print(s)?
We ship items as soon as they're "Hot-Off-the-Presses." Transit time of your order will depend on the shipping method selected. In totality, an average order takes 5-10 business days, including fulfillment and shipping. In some cases shipping may take up to 15 business days if the item is out of stock or if you live in a remote location. If your order still has not arrived after this timeframe, please email us at balloon(at)artaboveall(dot)com with your name, order number and email subject titled "Shipping", and we will look into it right away. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the method of shipping. You'll be able to review your shipping and handling costs at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

What is your refund policy?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are having buyer's remorse we will refund your purchase within the 30 days of your order being delivered. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of the returning item(s).  Once we receive the piece(s) a refund will be issued. Refunds are only issued for the cost of the item, shipping costs are non-refundable. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. What if my order is damaged?
Every so often sh*t happens. Orders that arrive damaged must be reported within the 30 days of your order being delivered. A photo of the damaged goods and packaging is required. Please email us at balloon(at)artaboveall(dot)com, or visit the contact page,  with your name, order number, photo and email subject titled "Damaged". Once we receive your info we will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. 

Do your frames come in color?
Currently, our prints are finished and framed in black semi-hardwood Alder. We expect to offer other selections in the future.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?
If you have a discount code, you will be prompted to enter it on the last page of checkout.

Is there sales tax?
Currently only orders shipped to Florida addresses will have appropriate sales tax added.

How can I be sure that my credit card transaction is safe, secure and private?
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
